Services

I offer a range of services designed to support individuals, groups, and organisations on their journey toward clarity, strength, and wellbeing. Whether through one-to-one counselling, group facilitation, or restorative workshops, each service is shaped with care to meet you where you are.

1:1 Counselling

Confidential, Compassionate Support for Life’s Challenges.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, even when from the outside it looks like you’re coping. You may be feeling anxious, exhausted, emotionally drained or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps your mind won’t switch off, relationships feel strained, or you’ve lost connection with yourself somewhere along the way.

At Clarus Counselling and Wellbeing, I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can slow things down and talk openly about what’s going on for you. Therapy is not about having all the answers, it’s about having the space to be heard, understood and supported as you begin making sense of your experiences.

I’m a fully qualified Integrative Therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I tailor therapy to you as an individual, drawing from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic exploration and CBT approaches. Together, we can explore both the deeper roots of your difficulties and practical ways to cope with day-to-day challenges.

I work with adults and young people (aged 13+) experiencing anxiety, low mood, depression, burnout, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma and life transitions.

Clients often describe me as warm, genuine and grounded. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to put on a mask or carry everything alone; a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I offer:

• Face-to-face counselling in Newtownabbey

• Online video sessions across the UK

• Walk and Talk therapy for those who feel more comfortable outdoors or find enclosed spaces difficult

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50.

Bespoke Group Facilitation

Tailored Sessions to Strengthen Connection & Resilience.

No two groups are the same. That’s why at Clarus, both group counselling and group facilitation are carefully shaped to meet the unique needs of the people in the room.

Group counselling offers a therapeutic space where participants can explore challenges together, feel less alone in their experiences, and build support within a safe and professionally held environment. These sessions are designed for those who want to share, listen, and grow alongside others who may be facing similar struggles.

Group facilitation, on the other hand, is tailored to the needs of your organisation, team, or community. Whether the focus is educational workshops, improving wellbeing, or creating a reflective space, Clarus designs and delivers interactive sessions that are safe, engaging, and meaningful.

Both group counselling and facilitation are offered to adults and young people across County Antrim, providing opportunities for connection and growth.

Wellbeing Workshops & Retreats

Restorative Spaces to Pause, Recharge & Reconnect.

Sometimes what we need is a reset, a pause from daily demands to reconnect with ourselves. Clarus wellbeing workshops and retreats offer that pause, combining evidence-based practices like breathwork and mindfulness with a calm, restorative environment. Whether it’s a short workshop or a half-day retreat, participants leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and better able to manage life’s challenges.
